Autumn Holiday Fun

At Kiekeberg, a varied program awaits kids during the autumn school holidays. Across the museum's sprawling grounds, there are historic buildings to discover, old livestock breeds to watch in the pastures, and craftspeople to observe at work forging, weaving, or baking.

The holiday program runs from Tuesday, October 20, through Sunday, October 25, 2026, Tuesdays through Sundays from 11am to 4:30pm. There are hands-on activities for kids, where they can try out historic tasks themselves.

The Kiekeberg open-air museum is mostly accessible and stroller-friendly; it's worth planning three to five hours for the visit.
