Discover biodiversity in an exhibition.

The special exhibition "Planet A" is all about the biodiversity of our planet and shows how rich and interconnected life on Earth is. Visitors discover which species sustain our ecosystems, how they're connected, and why the loss of diversity affects all of us. Specimens and vivid stations make this big topic tangible.
For families with kids, the show is a great occasion to start a conversation about nature and its protection. Younger kids from about age four discover the animals, while older ones will find in-depth information on biology and evolution. The labels are well-researched yet accessible.
The Museum der Natur is located on the University of Hamburg campus and is easy to reach by public transport. You can take a break in the Tiger Lounge. Plan for one to two hours for the visit.
