Outdoor Fitness for Families

Outdoor Fitness for Families is all about exercising, laughing and playing together, with no pressure to perform. While the parents work out, the kids join in, run along or romp through age-appropriate exercises and games.

All exercises are designed to work together, side by side or as a team, creating valuable time for moving together. Registration covers 1 parent plus 1 child, and places are limited.

The meeting point is the farm in the Feldpark at Stadtpark Norderstedt, with a petting zoo, play areas and shady spots all around, easy to reach via the U1 to Richthofenstraße.
