During the holidays, the zookeepers at Wildpark Schwarze Berge offer fascinating behind-the-scenes insights into their daily work with the pygmy goats every Wednesday at 2 pm. Visitors learn how the animals are cared for, fed, and looked after.
The format is great for curious kids who want to know exactly what goes on behind the scenes at an animal park, and it's a nice opportunity to ask the experts questions on site.
Wildpark Schwarze Berge is about twenty minutes from Hamburg via the A7, and reachable by HVV bus without a car from Harburg Rathaus.
