What it's about
In a small group and a warm room, parents and baby are brought together for a lovely time. Teresa shows simple techniques parents can use to massage their baby, including at home.
She also offers ideas for creating mindful moments in everyday life and finding relaxation. Participants are welcome to bring a towel, a play blanket and their own oil, but materials are available if needed.
