What it's about
The white Alster steamers glide close to the shore once around the Outer Alster. The cruise starts at the Jungfernstieg landing stage and takes about 50 minutes.
From the water you get a special view of the wintry Alster panorama and many of the city's popular sights. For kids, the boat ride is a little adventure, letting them discover the city from a new perspective.
