Five brass players from the NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra play the most beautiful melodies from Humperdinck's opera "Hansel and Gretel". The fairy tale of the siblings in the forest becomes a concert where children can experience the story through the music.
The family concert is meant for everyone aged three and up, making it suitable even for very young concertgoers. Brass instruments sound powerful and varied, which is often an especially impressive listening experience for children.
