Bread Sale at the Corner Shop

At the Museumsdorf Volksdorf, Emmi's corner shop opens on the weekend with old-fashioned goods and candy, along with the sale of fresh bread baked in the historic style. Among thatched half-timbered farmhouses, kids can run around, watch ducks and other animals and let off steam on the meadows.

Old tools, a well and a bakehouse give an impression of everyday rural work in earlier times. The grounds are free to enter from Tuesday to Sunday, and QR codes at the houses provide extra background information on your smartphone.

The Volksdorf U-Bahn station is right next door, and the district with its cafes invites you to a stroll afterwards.
