What it's about
At the movement session at EKiZ, parents and children get active together. They move side by side, try out games and movement ideas, and enjoy doing things together.
The session suits families who want to give their children more exercise and take part themselves. Along the way, you get to know other families from the neighborhood.
The event is offered by the Eltern-Kind-Zentrum (parent-child center).
