What it's about
At "Let's Sing Mamas," mothers sing evergreens, standards, pop songs, and requests in the company of their babies — deliberately not classic nursery rhymes. Solo or in harmony, completely spontaneous and without sheet music, depending on the mood.
While the little ones, aged 3 to 24 months, take in the music, sleep, feed, or play, the moms get to sing again themselves. All levels are welcome, no prior experience needed.
The session takes place at Elternschule Altona, known in Hamburg's west as a family education center for courses, counseling, and open meetups.
