In a small group and a warm room, parents and baby settle in for a good time. Teresa shows simple techniques for massaging your baby, which you can also use at home.
She also offers ideas on how to create mindful moments in everyday life and find relaxation. If you like, bring a towel, a play mat and your own oil.
