What it's about
The open movement time at the SOS Family Center Dulsberg is for children aged 1 to 8. Here they can move freely, romp around and try out whatever they enjoy.
Parents supervise themselves, meaning mom or dad stay nearby and can accompany the kids or chat with other parents. No fixed course or course structure is needed.
Especially on cold or rainy days, movement time is a great way to burn off extra energy. The wide age range also makes the meetup interesting for siblings.
