What it's about
Anyone who's collected chestnuts and acorns can drop them off at ErlebnisWald as wildlife feed – in exchange, you get tickets and vouchers for the forest back.
No registration needed, a spontaneous visit is enough. A nice occasion to pair an autumn collecting trip with a visit to the forest.
ErlebnisWald Trappenkamp spans over a hundred hectares just under an hour north of Hamburg, with observation huts, a climbing tower and themed trails.
