What it's about
In a small group and a warm room, parents and babies settle in for a good time together. Teresa shows simple hand movements for massaging a baby, which can also be used at home. She also offers ideas for creating mindful moments in daily life and finding relaxation.
If you like, bring a towel, a play mat and your own oil. If you don't have these at hand, you can use what is available on site.
The course takes place at EKiZ Reiherstieg, which offers families with small children a range of drop-in activities.
