What it's about
In Outdoor Fitness for Families, parents and children exercise together without performance pressure. While parents work out, kids can join in, run along or take part in age-appropriate exercises and fun games.
All exercises are designed to be done together, side by side or in teams. The focus is on fitness and the joy of movement, for the children too, and it suits every age group.
Registration covers one parent and one child, and places are limited. Sign up at www.mein-fitcamp.de. The organizer is fitcamp. The meeting point is the Bauernhof im Feldpark in Stadtpark Norderstedt.
