What it's about
In its open-air exhibition "Lights of the City", the Fotoclub Norderstedt is showing 24 large-format photographs along the promenade in Stadtpark Norderstedt. The motifs are varied: appealing night shots with colorful lights and reflections, long exposures with blurred light trails, dark, sparsely lit places, and special lighting moods from the low sun or fog. The photo club focused on places in northern Germany.
The exhibition combines well with a walk through the Stadtpark and is freely accessible, so a spontaneous visit is possible at any time.
Stadtpark Norderstedt covers about a hundred hectares of field, forest and lake park, with plenty of room for a follow-up outing. Paths are mostly paved or gravel and therefore stroller-friendly too.
