What it's about
During Open Movement Time at SOS-Familienzentrum Dulsberg, children aged 1 to 8 can move freely, romp and try things out. There is no fixed program; the kids decide what they feel like doing.
Parents supervise, accompany their children and can chat with each other. It suits families with children of different ages well, as siblings can take part together.
Comfortable clothing and non-slip socks are a good idea.
