What it's about

At Movement Time with Daniel at the SOS-Familienzentrum Dulsberg, children aged 2 to 8 can burn off energy and get moving. The activity is aimed at a wide age range, so siblings can take part together.

Children up to 3 years may only take part with a parent supervising. Older children are welcome at the movement games as well.

Movement builds coordination, courage and enjoyment of the group, and the family center offers a familiar setting where children can try things out.
