Spider Plays Piano

Can a spider play the piano? And what sounds are hiding in pictures? Together with author and illustrator Benjamin Gottwald, children explore his interactive picture book Spinne spielt Klavier (Spider Plays Piano), full of sounds, surprising pictures and noises they bring to life themselves.

They look, listen and imitate sounds, sometimes quietly, sometimes loud and funny. Then they track down the sounds from their own everyday lives and put their discoveries on paper with pens, paper and collages, and make them ring out again.

Benjamin Gottwald is an author and illustrator of children's books.
