What it's about
Holiday Thursday at the Deutsches Salzmuseum is a parent-free zone: supervised by the museum's educators, kids aged 6 and up set off on an exciting rally through the museum.
Participation costs €15; registration by phone or email is required. An active, entertaining morning without parents, where kids discover all things salt through play.
The museum is in Lüneburg, a short walk from the train station, reachable from Hamburg by Metronom in about thirty minutes — a stroll through the old town makes a nice addition.
