What it's about

In the Little Tropical Explorers programme, kids aged 6 and up set off on an expedition into the tropics. During the holidays, the LI Zoo School at Hagenbeck offers a 90-minute tour that playfully tests whether you have what it takes to be a tropical explorer. Kids observe animals like researchers, show off their speed and get to the bottom of exciting animal questions.

The activity costs five euros on top of admission to the Tropical Aquarium. Places are limited to 20 (10 children and 10 accompanying adults); registration is available in the Hagenbeck online shop. Accompanying adults pay regular admission and don't need a holiday ticket. Meet 10 minutes before the start in the foyer of the Tropical Aquarium.
