What it's about
During the holidays, the LI Zoo School at Hagenbeck invites children aged 6 and up on an expedition into the tropics. In a 90-minute tour, they playfully test whether they have what it takes to be a tropical explorer: observing animals like a researcher, testing their speed and senses, and getting to the bottom of exciting animal questions.
The activity costs five euros on top of admission to the Tropical Aquarium. Registration is available in the Hagenbeck online shop; the group is limited to 20 people (10 children and 10 accompanying adults who stay near the group). Accompanying adults pay regular admission.
