What it's about
In the puppet theatre piece 'Out of the Blue', a turtle and an armadillo argue over who has the better favourite spot. The turtle would rather stay where she always is, but the armadillo has an uneasy feeling - something isn't quite right. Might it be better elsewhere? And when the snake turns up as well, things get crowded on stage.
Between stubbornness, curiosity and uncertainty, the piece tells a warm-hearted story of friendship, change and finding your own place in the world. It's wonderful for a theatre visit with younger children.
The piece is shown at Flachsland, the Hamburg puppet theatre in Barmbek. The small stage keeps the audience close to the action, and the venue is easy to reach by U-Bahn.
And tomorrow? It's in the app.
The weekend and the holidays, too. Two weeks free.
