What it's about
The white Alster steamers sail close to the shore once around the Outer Alster. From the water, you see Hamburg's popular sights and the Alster skyline from a completely different angle.
The trip starts at the Jungfernstieg landing stage and takes about 50 minutes. That's easy enough for younger children too, since the trip stays manageable.
If you want to see Hamburg from the water, this is a relaxed introduction that pairs well with a stroll along the Jungfernstieg.
