Stadtteilhaus Lurup with kids

At the Stadtteilhaus Lurup, families can attend courses for children, playgroups, open meeting points, and holiday activities. The program changes seasonally and ranges from neighborhood festivals to cultural events, counseling formats, and regular groups that meet at the center. Joint afternoons for parents and children are also a regular fixture.

Many offerings are low-threshold and deliberately kept affordable, open to anyone interested regardless of whether they've been to the center before. New families find a good point of entry here for settling into Lurup, and regular visitors quickly build connections in the neighborhood.

The center is located in the heart of the district on Boeverstland in western Hamburg, easily reached by bus and train.
