Stadtpark Norderstedt - Feldpark / FitnessFeld with kids

At the FitnessFeld in the Feldpark, families can try out equipment together: pull-up bars, rowing ergometers, and balance and stretching stations stand in a row next to each other. Parents train, children try out suitable stations, and this often turns into an obstacle course. Use is free of charge.

The park regularly offers outdoor fitness programs specifically for families, with warm-up games and exercises for different age groups. The courses are mostly free and organized in cooperation with sports clubs. The FitnessFeld is located at the Kulturwerk campus, on the park's activity-focused axis.

A visit combines well with adventure golf, the high ropes course, the lake beach, or the wakeboard facility. Access via AKN to Norderstedt Mitte or by bus, with parking available at the Kulturwerk.
