Spielhaus Bornheide with kids

At Spielhaus Bornheide, children help shape their afternoons themselves: a playroom, movement room, workshop, and kitchen are open to them. Special offerings include girls' days, cooking courses, a pottery workshop, bike repair, and a small music studio. Children drop by without registering or paying, and the team designs the programs together with them.

For families from Osdorf, Lurup, and Iserbrook, the Spielhaus is a point of contact where children can play, experiment, and come together with others outside of school and homework. The offering is aimed at children of primary-school and early teen age (roughly 6 to 12).

Generally open Tuesday to Friday in the afternoons, with exact times varying seasonally. During school holidays a dedicated holiday program runs with outings and projects. Reachable by Metrobus toward Osdorfer Born and Bornheide. Located in the green pavilion on the grounds of the Bürgerhaus Bornheide.
