Good to know
At SerrahnEINS, young children encounter music and sounds to join in with in the format Musik für Minis (Music for Minis) — usually on the first Sunday of the month at 3 pm. There's also tango dancing, the Café der Kulturen, the choir Chora Mixta, and regular documentary film evenings in the KINOeins series. The event program ranges from concerts and political discussion rounds to readings.
For families from Bergedorf and the surrounding area, the house is a point of contact with a living-room atmosphere and a program beyond the big cultural venues. The offering is aimed at people of all ages — from babies to older people, who have a fixed meeting point here. The Bergedorfer Bündnis gegen Rechts meets here, as do open neighborhood groups.
