Children from ten months old until school age experience a lot of nature here: the daycare is surrounded by nature reserves and forest areas, outings into the adjoining forest are part of everyday life, along with language education through fixed rituals and story time. Fresh meals from the in-house kitchen are certified with the Fit-Kid seal.
Pedagogically, children are seen as active shapers of their own development, with individual progress documented in developmental portfolios. This gives parents a concrete view into their child's growth. Inclusion is part of the center's self-understanding. Attached to the daycare is a parent-child center open to families without a regular daycare place on Tuesday to Thursday mornings.
