Good to know
At KinderKueche Hamburg, children from kindergarten age can get hands-on: chopping vegetables, baking cookies, preparing whole menus. On offer are open cooking afternoons, themed courses centered on particular countries or occasions like Christmas, Easter baking workshops, and birthday packages, in which the birthday child conjures up a menu or a cake together with guests.
The setting is designed for children, with matching work heights and small tools. Children learn in a playful way how fresh ingredients become a meal, and that healthy eating can be fun. Alongside the purely children's sessions, there are family and parent formats where cooking happens together - a relaxed alternative to the mess in your own kitchen.
Courses and birthday parties run via registration on the website and should be booked early, especially during school holidays. Address: Langenfelder Damm 14.
