Good to know
Kinder-Uni Bergedorf is a lecture series run by the Faculty of Life Sciences at HAW Hamburg and has been running since 2005. Researchers explain to children aged 8 to 12 how things from nature, technology and everyday life work. 2026 is the 21st edition: on Thursdays, November 5, 12 and 19 at 3 p.m. and 5 p.m., and on November 26 at 5 p.m. only, always in lecture hall 0.45 at Ulmenliet 20. The topics are chemistry in Antarctica, making invisible things visible, tiny particles and magical chemistry. Tickets for the children are available in the eventim online shop. Accompanying adults watch the lecture on a screen in the foyer.
