At JUMP House Poppenbüttel, children from four years old can jump across large connected trampoline areas, use the slam-dunk zones with basketball hoops, fall from height into airbags and foam pits, and test themselves on the ninja course with movable obstacles. On the battle beams, two people face off on suspended beams. For younger children there are kids' times with a calmer atmosphere and less commotion.

The hall is spacious and offers noticeably more room than classic indoor playgrounds. Staff are spread across the areas, and jumping is only allowed with grip trampoline socks, which are available on site. Birthday parties are offered as packages with a buffet and their own party room, separate from the trampoline area.

The location at Poppenbütteler Bogen is reachable via the A1 or by S-Bahn to Poppenbüttel plus bus, with ample parking. There's a bistro in the entrance area for a break in between.
