On farm tours such as Vom Korn zum Brot, families see how grain grows in the field, gets milled, and finally comes out of the oven as bread. Workshops on baking quark-oil dough, planning an herb bed, or making seed bombs get children actively involved. Flower and pumpkin fields for picking your own are part of the offering throughout the year. The grounds can also be explored independently — a circular path leads past fields, paddocks, and animals, with benches for a break.

The farm shop sells fresh organic vegetables from its own market garden, bread from the estate bakery, meat, milk, and regional products. The estate kitchen cooks with the farm's own produce. The farm is deliberately designed to be open, so families get a real sense of everyday life on an organic farm.

Located between Tangstedt and Duvenstedt. Usually reached by car or bicycle; a few bus lines also serve the farm. Pairs well with a bike tour through the Alstertal or a walk through the fields.
