Good to know
At the Bücherhalle Langenhorn, families find a lovingly curated children's and youth section with picture books, early-reader series, non-fiction, manga, comics, Tonies, audiobooks, and films. The Library of Things is represented too. Formats like Gedichte für Wichte specifically address parents with children under three, alongside picture-book cinema and read-aloud sessions for daycare and primary-school children. All events are generally free.
The branch is well organized, so parents can keep an eye on even a fairly lively child. Seating islands for children, reading spots, Wi-Fi, and workspaces are all part of it.
The location right in the LaHoMa Living Plaza at Langenhorner Markt makes a visit uncomplicated: supermarket, café, and library combine easily. For families from Langenhorn and the surrounding area, a practical, steady anchor in everyday life.
