What it's about

How do computers understand letters and numbers? They use binary code, which consists only of zeros and ones. Together, kids decode this principle, translate the initials of their name or a secret word into binary code and transfer it onto a band with colorful beads. The result is a bracelet that works as a personal secret code.

All materials are provided; you don't need to bring anything. The workshop is run by Höhle der Wunder at Bücherhalle Mümmelmannsberg and is for primary school and secondary school students. The number of places is limited, and registration by email or at 040 42606 2810 is required.
