What it's about
On Wednesdays, there is an open psychomotor group at Sporthalle Rahewinkel for children aged 5 to 14. The kids find play and movement activities that focus on body awareness, coordination and the joy of moving.
You can join at any time, so you do not need to be there from the start. That makes the group appealing for kids who first want to see whether they like it.
Sportswear and gym shoes or non-slip socks are recommended.
And tomorrow? It's in the app.
The weekend and the holidays, too. Two weeks free.
