What it's about
Children aged 6 and up can enjoy a varied program at Bücherhalle Elbvororte on the first Thursday of every month: picture book cinema, kamishibai, plus drawing and crafts.
This month's question is: is drawing animals actually hard? After the picture book cinema "Darf ich mitkommen?", the organizers show how easy it can be to draw, for example, the largest animal in the world.
Kids can simply drop in. Entry is free. The afternoon combines listening and creating, and suits children who like to draw or craft. Kamishibai is a Japanese form of storytelling theater with picture cards.
