What it's about
At EKiZ Iserbrook, the Family Breakfast is a drop-in meetup for families with children aged 0 to 6. Over a shared breakfast, everyone chats and makes connections with other parents.
There is also advice on pregnancy, nutrition, development and parenting, so parents can ask the questions that come up in everyday life with little ones.
It's a low-threshold offering in the neighborhood where children can play while the adults catch up.
