What it's about
In the baby massage course at Evangelische Familienbildung Pinneberg, parents learn various techniques such as kneading or gentle tapping — including a stamp massage — to gently stimulate their baby's senses. By arrangement, antispasmodic herbs can also be used to deepen relaxation.
For an extra-pleasant experience, brushes, soft bristles, and warm massage stones are also used. The course is aimed at babies up to 5 months old and their parents, and fosters closeness, calm, and wellbeing.
The family education center is a short walk from Pinneberg station and easy to reach by bus and train from Pinneberg, Rellingen, Schenefeld, and Hamburg's west.
And tomorrow? It's in the app.
The weekend and the holidays, too. Two weeks free.
