What it's about
The baby massage class at Gemeinschaftshaus Grasbrookpark supports contact and bonding between parents and child. Besides emotional closeness, massage has been shown to help a baby's relaxation, sleep and digestion.
Please bring a changing mat, a towel, a burp cloth and baby oil of your choice. The class takes place on Mondays from 10 to 11 a.m., is free and requires no registration – led by Inken Buschhardt-Flegel from Kinderhaus am Pinnasberg.
And tomorrow? It's in the app.
The weekend and the holidays, too. Two weeks free.
