What it's about
The transition to secondary school brings many changes. In the workshop, participants discover their individual strengths and learn how different abilities help them master challenges, build friendships and gain self-confidence.
Through playful exercises, small team challenges and creative reflection methods, they explore their personal "superpowers". Alongside a focus on strengths, the workshop centers on self-confidence, belonging and courage. It is for 5th and 6th graders, takes place on Friday, 6 November 2026, from 4:00 to 6:30 pm and is free. Registration is required.
It is run by two trainers from unfold e. V. at LIFE HAMBURG.
